ABOUT ME
I am a retired educator with a Master’s degree in Education and a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 500) who has been teaching hot yoga for over 20 years. My passion for helping others connect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit—has been the heart of my teaching journey. My interest in astrology began in childhood, but it deepened in recent years as I completed Levels 1–3 of Debra Silverman’s Applied Astrology program. This training allowed me to blend intuitive guidance with cosmic insight to support others in understanding their soul blueprint and life’s timing.
In addition to my astrology work, I attended Starseed Academy for Spiritual Life Coaching. I bring empathy, deep listening, and spiritual wisdom to every session, helping clients align with their purpose and take meaningful steps toward their most authentic life.
I am drawn to connecting with people on a soul level and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for transformation. Whether through astrology, coaching, or a combination of both, my mission is to guide others in transforming their shadows into light.
